I'am pleased to announce Tafscot has accepted the role as a moderator, he is fully experience in this role, also runs his own forum. I wish him well on taking the role on.
Today i recieved a PM from Hells Angel informing me he was standing down as a Mod. On a personal note i wish to thank him for standing in as Admin whilst i was away, he carried out the role as a true professional. My sincere thanks to you friend. He will be staying on as a member.

There is always light at the end of the tunnel, the question is how long is the tunnel. When i started this forum i did not expect to have 16 nembers in nearly 4 weeks. Hopefully in the next month it will double it self.

Well when we started our 50 plus forum we were up against SAGA? who had just received huge publicity on TV , press the lot on the launch of their new Over 50s site, we did not likwe what was happening so started our own up, within a Month we were up to over 100, but soon realised the majority were just "nosey" so decided to prune those that did not post,, we wnet down to 36, we are now back up to 126, our anniversary is in November, We have regular posters around 50% at least two or three times a week and a nucleus of about 40% every day.
I am more than positive that this site will grow and grow, it has the potential and offers a varied mix of all aspects of service life. It will get there , I am confident |

Likewise I also am here for as long as i am needed, I may have given the impression in my previous post that i felt like chucking it all in?/ in fact i should make it plain i was talking about my 50 plus forum earlier in the year when Saga were getting all the publicity, and we could not get any?
Now you hav e got me here? you will need to take me out in a big brown box? |
